LRW8 / IWF 30M Floatswitch. Double-action float switch for filling and emptying operations. It is particularly suitable for sewage and wastewater applications. Operation at a 45° tilt. Comes complete with a 30m 3-core cable. There is no counterweight required with our LRW8 / IWF 30M Floatswitch.
It operates as a mechanical switch housed within a durable plastic casing, freely suspended at the required height by its cable. When the liquid level reaches the regulator, the casing tilts, causing the internal circuit to either open or close. This movement activates or deactivates a pump, or triggers an alarm signal.
The regulator casing is manufactured from high-quality polypropylene, and the cable is sheathed with a specially formulated PVC or nitrile/PVC rubber compound. Rather than relying on adhesives, the components are both welded and screwed together for maximum strength and reliability. The smooth outer surface also prevents the build-up of impurities and deposits, ensuring long-term performance.
