Sewagepumps.co.uk can also ship worldwide, so please get in touch with us if you would like a price.

  • Order by 1 pm and receive your order the next day (Monday to Thursday).
  • Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday. 
  • Next-day delivery excludes bank holidays and national holidays.

To claim a price match, simply call or email us, detailing the product and where you saw the cheaper product. We will verify the claim and beat the price!
 
Terms and Conditions:

Competitor:
The competitor must be a UK-based retailer with a physical store or a legitimate online store.
 

Product:
The product must be identical in brand, model, colour, size, and all other specifications to the product you are purchasing from us.

Price:

The competitor’s price must be the advertised price, not including any promotional codes, discounts, or membership fees.
 
Our price-match promise excludes ex-demonstration stock, refurbished products, or products that are not new.
Price matching is only considered for companies based within the UK. We do not price-match retailers that are based, operate or source the required product from outside of the UK.
 
Our price-match promise does not apply to products and/or goods offered on auction websites, but we may consider matching the price, so please contact us.
 
Price matches are at the discretion of sewagepumps.co.uk.
 
We reserve the right to refuse any price-match request. There is no legal obligation to price-match.
The price-match promise is subject to change without notice at any time.
 
Stock:
The product must be in stock and available for immediate purchase from the competitor.
 
Proof:
You must provide us with clear and verifiable proof of the lower price, such as a screenshot of the competitor’s website or a copy of their advertisement.
 
Timing:
You must request a price match before completing your purchase with us.
 
Limitations:
This guarantee does not apply to clearance items, refurbished items, or items sold at auction.
 
We reserve the right to refuse a price match if the competitor’s price is demonstrably incorrect or misleading. This guarantee is subject to change and can be withdrawn at any time.

If you wish to return or exchange an item you purchased from our website, you have 14 days for refunds and 30 days from the purchase date for exchanges. We are unable to refund or exchange items that are damaged or altered in any way.

STEP ONE: Notify us of the return by emailing us at sales@sewagepumps.co.uk, quoting your order number.

STEP TWO: Package the item in its original condition (including packaging), along with proof of purchase (invoice or dispatch note). 

STEP THREE: Return the item to the address below. We recommend that you send the item via recorded delivery and purchase insurance against damage or loss. Please make a note of the tracking number. Return postage costs are to be covered by the purchaser.

STEP FOUR: Once our experts receive the item, we will evaluate the condition. If the refund is accepted, then payment will be made within 3-5 working days.

NB: The buyer is responsible for return postage and card payer fees.

Reimbursements will be made using the same payment method as you used for the initial transaction, and you will not incur any additional fees as a result of the reimbursement.

You are, however, liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling of the item.
