Packaged Pumping Stations

Packaged pumping stations come from us pre-assembled, they are self-contained underground systems designed to collect and lift sewage, wastewater or surface water to a higher main drain that is gravity fed when natural downward flow is impossible. They feature a strong polyethylene/GRP chamber, submersible pumps, internal pipework, and automatic level float switches.

These are the packaged pumping stations components:

• Chamber Well: A strong, anti-corrosive tank that is buried, it holds incoming liquid until it reaches a level that activates the pump.
• Submersible Pumps: Single or twin pump systems that push the waste up through a pipe that is pressurized.
• Valves: Valves with non-return on them, this stops backflow and any isolating gate valves making this safe for maintenance.
• Level Controls & Alarms: There are float switches/probes that will track any fluid levels, they signal high-water alarm warnings.
• Rising Main: The pumping station has discharge pipe routing the liquid out of the tank to the destination.
